Mulan Thoughts and a Mulan Digital Code Giveaway!

I absolutely love the live action Mulan so much that it is hard to put into words. In March of this year (one week before the world was turned upside down) I attended the LA premiere for Mulan. I was able to watch it with the cast and be introduced to this movie at the Dolby Theater. You can see all about this experience here: Mulan World Premiere.

“Mulan” features a celebrated international cast that includes: Yifei Liu as Mulan; Donnie Yen as Commander Tung; Tzi Ma as Zhou, Jason Scott Lee as Böri Khan; Yoson An as Honghui; Ron Yuan as Sergeant Qiang; with Gong Li as Xianniang and Jet Li as the Emperor. The film is directed by Niki Caro from a screenplay by Rick Jaffa & Amanda Silver and Lauren Hynek & Elizabeth Martin, suggested by the narrative poem “The Ballad of Mulan.” The producers are Chris Bender, Jake Weiner and Jason Reed, with Bill Kong, Barrie M. Osborne, Tim Coddington and Mario Iscovich serving as executive producers.

It is breathtakingly beautiful with a fabulous backdrop, gorgeous and talented cast, and a mesmorizing story that will lead you thinking about the movie for quite some time. The powerful messages are seen in such a wonderful way that I feel it is an important movie for the entire family to watch.

    I would like to win it for me. 🙂 I’d watch it with my mom though. She’s the one who took me to see the animated Mulan movie in theaters when I was young.

    I would give this code to my husband so he can watch it at work. he is dying to watch this movie! We loved the original Mulan in cartoon. I was pregnant with our daughter and it meant a lot to us. Now that our child is out on their own, I think it means more to my hubby now.
