McCain All Natural Potatoes- Review and Giveaway (2 winners)

Walk into most grocery stores, head over to the frozen food aisle, and you will instantly be drawn to the large variety of McCain potatoes. If you are not familiar with McCain foods, they are the world’s largest manufacturer of frozen potato products.  We have been fans of McCain potatoes for as long as I can remember- even before we had kids. Now that we have kids we use McCain potatoes as a healthy side dish several times a week.

During the week between work, taking care of the kids, and my blog, I have enough time to make the main dinner portion of the meal. However when it comes to side dishes, I just don’t have the time to prepare them. That is why I am thankful that McCain provides my family with nutritious, delicious, and affordable potato options.

McCain is made of only real potato goodness! Unlike other brands, McCain makes potato products you can feel good about serving to your family. There is no artificial flavors or artificial colors added to the potatoes- only pure and natural potatoes! They also contain 0 grams of trans fat. I like giving my whole family foods that are actually good for them and by using McCain potatoes, I know that I am!

In terms of taste, they are delicious. I have tried many different types of McCain products and have been exceptionally happy with all of them. Lately I have been trying the McCain SMILES because the kids love that their potatoes are in the shape of a smile. They are really cute and because of that as well as the taste, my kids are constantly asking me for more! They have the crisp taste on the outside with mashed potatoes inside! All I have to do is take them out of the bag and bake them in the oven for a few minutes. It is really so easy to do and with the taste you can’t beat it!

I no longer have to spend time, washing, peeling, and cutting my potatoes. McCain has me covered for all of this. McCain potatoes have the flavor, convenience, and appeal for my whole family. We no longer have to make a separate side dish for the kids because everyone will eat McCain. My husband and I love McCain potatoes too!

McCain potatoes will definitely be used this holiday season. I am already researching some great recipes to incorporate McCain products into. I will also be using this as a simple side dish for the holidays. McCain has me covered for every night of the week, along with special holidays. Be sure to check out McCain potatoes in your local grocery store today. For more information about McCain, be sure to check out their website, as well as liking them on Facebook.
