ChuChu TV download for my kids!

ChuChu TV download

My readers who have been long time followers of The Mommyhood Chronicles know that I’m a firm believer in keeping little ones entertained through various methods outside of using technology. Now, this doesn’t mean I don’t set aside blocks of time where technology is acceptable (30 minutes before dinner, 30 minutes after homework is done and to be determined time frames on the weekends if we’re home bound) however I grew up mostly outdoors or entertaining myself through imaginative play so my kids experience much of the same.

LIMIT SCREENTIME:

Aside from seeing how addictive technology has become for children over the last few years, it is also downright exhausting to have beliefs in place that are being constantly challenged by television shows, apps, Youtube, etc. I feel like I can’t look away from my kiddos screen time content even for a second, lest they get their hands on something they shouldn’t.  I have tried everything from putting on an online timer for kids. In my years as a parent I’ve had a few of those instances before and they certainly weren’t enjoyable; not to me and certainly not to my little ones.

With my beliefs being as they are and trying my best to only allow access to wholesome, educational yet fun content, it can sometimes take a lot out of me. Screening for inappropriate content is a long, tedious task but at the end of the day, when I overhear my kids enjoying screen time on apps, videos, etc. that support my beliefs as a parent as well as encourages my kiddos to cultivate the same values, the screening process is well worth it.

ChuChu Nursery Rhymes:

In fact, that rigorous screening process is exactly what led me to stumble upon ChuChu Nursery Rhymes. Or rather, they stumbled upon The Mommyhood Chronicles and reached out for a partnership opportunity. After looking further into ChuChu and seeing how perfectly their content fit in with what I wanted for not only my children, but any child with access to the internet/play stores! They provide some of the best Youtube videos for kids.

As a Youtube channel that is ranked as 42nd on the most subscribed Youtube Channels, and that has 30 million subcribers worldwide, ChuChu TV has made its mark with a target audience geared towards babies and toddlers. The channel was founded in the attempts to help parents occupy & entertain their little ones while enabling them to get more done but while also serving the purpose to provide material for little ones to learn moral values, good habits and more. These important key life skills and values are incorporated using nursery rhymes, numbers, colors, shapes, animals, etc.

These normal every day learning tools are full of positive messages that children will take with them through all walks of life and that will benefit them as well as those around them for their entire lifetime. Some of the videos found on ChuChuTV that my kids seem to enjoy most include but aren’t limited to:

  • Baa Baa Black Sheep – The Joy of Sharing
  • Humpty Dumpty – Learn from Your Mistakes
  • Surprise Eggs: Old McDonald Had a Farm
  • ABC Phonics

So far ChuChu Nursery Rhymes and their included videos have been a wonderful thing for my little ones. The video tunes are catchy, engaging and in addition to being educational, they’re also teaching my kids core values like sharing, learning from mistakes, loving others and more. If you’ve been looking for a way to teach these important values to your little ones, head over to their website and take a look!   Check out ChuChu TVs website, youtube, and the chuchu tv pro app today.
