I received the M charm necklace from Helen Ficalora. While I received the charm in sterling silver, it is also available in 14 Yellow, Pink, and White Gold. I chose M because of my name but also because I am a mom, so it has dual meanings to me.  It has a dimension of 5.8mm X 13.5mm, and 1/2 inch in diameter. It lays perfectly around my neck and adds special accents to any outfit I am wearing.Helen Ficalora
