It is almost time for Valentine’s Day! I can’t believe it. I feel like that holiday crept up on us so quickly! I love Valentine’s Day so be sure to check out my assortment of Valentine’s Day recipes. This time with my kids all being in school full time, I wanted to find a fun craft for them to do and I think I found that with the 3D Valentine Cards! Be sure to check out this fun V-Day craft and tell me what you think!
3D Valentines Day Cards
- Colourful Craft Paper
- Cardstock Paper
- Paper Glue
First, gather all the supplies from the list to make the 3D Heart Card.
Then print out the template card.
Cut out 4 or 5 pieces of the heart shape. You can use more if you wish if you want the card to have more volume.
Fold all of the heart pieces vertically right on the middle.
Now take two pieces of the heart shapes.
Apply glue on the one-half part of the heart evenly.
Then glue the other heart’s half over the glued half.
Make sure the edges match evenly.
Now glue rest of the hearts with the piece similarly to finish off the 3D heart.
Now take the card you want to use for your heart.
Glue the heart on the card and allow it to dry completely.
Instead of buying the traditional Valentine’s Day cards, check out these fun 3D Valentine Cards. They only require few materials and the whole craft takes under 30 minutes. It was easy to make big batches of these for all three of my kids classes. I think when February 14th hits, they will love these Valentine’s Day 3D cards! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
