Learning How To Play Music on the Yamaha Keyboard! A Great Holiday Gift!

Coming from a family who has placed a big importance on the arts since childhood, it’s important to me as a parent to instill that same love of the arts in my own children. Much to my delight as well as that of the rest of my family, my children were born with a natural love of both creating art and listening/creating music.

In our home, there have been occasions where we wished our little ones used a different canvas for their artistic talent, such as avoiding walls and using our kitchenware, but aside from that we highly encourage honing their skills. They’ve excelled in school plays, talent shows, art classes, etc. and this year, we decided as a family that we wanted to focus more on music skills. You can’t imagine how happy this music enthusiast was when my kiddos showed as much enthusiasm for learning new musical skills as I did when I was a little girl!

Now, just imagine how absolutely over the moon I was when the opportunity to partner up with Yamaha fell into my lap. With an unrivaled passion and devotion to both sound and music, Yamaha has committed their legacy to creating excitement and cultural inspiration worldwide through their products. When I got the offer to work with Yamaha to review one of their products, I couldn’t turn it down, not when the offer was from a company so invested in music and so well-known across the globe!

While working with Yamaha to help promote their company and products, I was able to receive a product that fit right in with the musical needs of my little ones. The Yamaha PSR-EW300 is one of the newest keyboard models available, released this past July as the next in the company’s line of best-selling portable keyboards. Whether you have a beginner pianist or a kiddo who has been tickling ivory for a number of years, the PSR-EW300 comes equipped with everything they need to hone their skills, learn valuable skills and learn on the go.

Features I’d like to highlight for my readers include but aren’t limited to:

  • 76 keys alone with state of the art Yamaha sound.
  • MIDI Interface.
  • Pre-programmed onboard lessons.
  • Backlit LCD Screen for better visibility, night or day.
  • AC or battery power so you can play on the go or plugged in at home.

Learning musical skills is something that is becoming increasingly more popular with young children these days. Schools are implementing more music programs than ever before and children are more naturally inclined to enjoy music, so it’s not the chore it used to be for parents to get them into pursuing music.

The Yamaha PSR-EW300 is a great tool to help your aspiring pianist take their skills to the next level or even get them started on the path to learning the necessary skills to wow their friends/family with their musical talent.
