This past year was a monumental year for me because it was the year I finally lost a lot of weight! To be exact, 35 pounds and have kept almost all of it off. To celebrate, I was given the chance to shop at Marshalls for the Marshalls blogger challenge. What this meant is I was encouraged to take a break from the monotony of my usual routines and go shopping at Marshalls for things that inspire me to try or do something new!
So this past Mother’s Day, my mom and I visited my local Marshalls and we took the #MarshallsSurprise challenge. What I aimed to do on this shopping trip was to actually shop at the Juniors department and buy cute, summer outfits. Last year, I was a size 8 so to be able to shop in the Juniors department was seriously a dream come true. It inspired me to keep with my usual routines and eating schedule, because I loved to be able to actually shop for the smaller me now.
My mom and I had a blast shopping yesterday and found some adorable outfits, including a new workout outfit. I am going to try to run some more this summer so this will be the outfit I need to get in even better shape. I also found so many adorable shirts, pants, dresses, and capris for all my summer needs.
My first stop was the workout department where I picked up summer workout shorts, pants, and a workout top. Marshalls has an INCREDIBLE selection for all my workout needs. I am ready to hit the gym or go on my jog with my new Marshalls outfits.
My mom and I then went on to the full Juniors section where we went to town. There are just some of the outfits I decided to buy that day:
