Adobe Document Cloud – Document Management Made Easy and an iPad 16 gig Mini Giveaway!!

*This is a sponsored post with Adobe. All opinions are my own and not swayed by outside sources.*

I’m in love with this! As a busy mom, Adobe Document Cloud is going to make my life so much easier. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had issues editing documents because I was away from my computer, or how many times I’ve had to figure out a way to get a signature on a field trip form or a contract on the fly. Sometimes, I even sign the permission slip but forget to pack it in Haley’s bag! With Adobe Document Cloud, that’s all a thing of the past. Now I can just forge ahead and get things done wherever I am.

Adobe Document Cloud is the next great offering from Adobe that busy moms should take note of. This new digital document hub makes it easy for anyone to edit, sign, send and store your most important documents anytime, anywhere. The software is super mobile friendly, with a touch-enabled interface, and apps for instant access on the go. Check out the video to see how easy and fun it is:

The Next Generation of Paperwork Management

Adobe Document Cloud is like a one-stop-shop for getting things done with PDFs. All of your documents are securely stored in the cloud, which means that they are accessible from anywhere. As a businesswoman running a blog, I think this is an amazing innovation and something that I will definitely use daily – especially since I have to manage so many different documents and forms for the blog and all my blog-related trips. I can edit and save invoices, send contracts out for signatures, and make sure all of my kid’s school forms are organized, easy to access and signed all from my phone. Having all of these documents organized and accessible no matter where I am is a huge time-saver.unnamed-7

unnamed-8Acrobat DC

Acrobat DC is taking the world’s best PDF solution to a place it’s never been before. Its touch-enabled interface delivers functionality in a totally new way to manage documents and get your work done no matter where you are. Its drag and drop Tools Center learns which tools you use most, and it also uses Photoshop imaging to convert paper documents into digital, editable files. Say good-bye to storing field trip forms in the junk drawer!

eSigningAdobe

Adobe Document Cloud even offers eSign services for free. You can send professional contracts to anyone with a few clicks and track what happens to them when they leave your computer. No more sending something through the mail and hoping it gets there and gets back to you. This is a big deal to me. I have so many invoices, contracts, and documents to sign and the people I need to sign them are all over the country.

 Mobile Link and Mobile Apps

Sometime half the battle of managing all the documents in my life is making sure I can easily access them when I need to. With Mobile Link and Mobile Apps from Adobe Document Cloud, work can be accessed across various desktops, laptops, and devices, giving you more freedom than ever before to be productive no matter what situation you’re in. You can even use your smart device’s camera as a portable scanner! The new Fill & Sign app makes signing a breeze. If you’ve ever needed to quickly sign a field trip form while waiting in the car pool line, you will really appreciate this.

Giveaway: One lucky winner will receive a 16 gig iPad mini and a one year subscription to Adobe Document Cloud. This giveaway is run via rafflecopter so click read more to see the actual giveaway. The only mandatory entry is to visit Adobe and tell me what you like best about Document Cloud. Please put all comments in comment section proceeding this post. US only. Good luck!

I found out…Acrobat DC brings e-signing to more than one billion devices around the world. Now anyone can legally sign documents with a finger on a touch-enabled device — or with a few quick clicks in a browser. More than just a signing app, Acrobat DC makes it easy to send, track and store signed documents, too… too me that is very cool and convenient like never before, but also scary.
