I know for me, I am on the mad hunt for a baby crib for baby #3. Now I can readily get advice on the best baby cribs to replacing refrigerator water filters, through the Get Advice feature. You can also access product and category expertise from thousands of in-store Sears associates while at home or out on-the-go, plus recommendations and insights from the millions- strong Shop Your Way member community.
Also, any Shop Your Way member can post any product-related question to the Shop Your Way community, and store associates from around the country will post a reply simply by leveraging the same knowledge and expertise they use to help members in the store. They are there to answer any questions you might have and readily there to give you the answers you might need. Any member of Shop Your Way can post a question or an answer and vote on the most helpful responses.
Members can go to ShopYourWay.com and tap “Ask a Question” in the Get Advice section or directly from a shopyourway.com product page. They can then type their question and see if an answer pops up while they type. If not, they can simply follow the prompts to post their question. Once the question is submitted, the answers start flowing in from store associates across the country. Simple enough yet so efficient!
