WhitePages Mailer Review and a $25 Shutterfly Giveaway!

Let me tell you about my night last night… I finally got in my holiday cards and sat down to the address labeling. When I was going through the addresses, I noticed I had an old list and could not for the life of me, find the new updated list. I was going crazy calling, texting, and emailing people, to get their updated addresses. I also had to call the people who were never on my old Christmas list, but I knew I needed to send cards to. It was a whirlwind last night. Thankfully, I recently found out about a much better way to organize my address list so I never have to go through this problem again. The solution is WhitePages Mailer.

Just in time for the holiday card rush, WhitePages Mailer helps busy people create a master address list for holiday cards, birthday invites, thank you notes, “Save the Date” cards and more by linking your contacts or Facebook friends to their mailing addresses.  Doesn’t this sound awesome- and the best part , is it is free!

With WhitePages Mailer, users can easily organize hundreds of addresses for designated friends, including organizing the data into groups that mirror how friends are segmented in Facebook (i.e. close friends, acquaintances, people I care about, etc.) or into customized groups, and the info will then automatically stay updated. You can also export the addresses to a spreadsheet or Avery mailing labels, which is a great time saver this holiday season.
While I did manage to find the addresses through a very arduous way, I did have the chance to check out WhitePages Mailer this morning, and I am kicking myself for not finding out about this sooner! It will pull up your Facebook list and your friends, and you can go from there to start obtaining addresses and organizing in an efficient way!  You can also use it to find businesses as well, which is a nice feature.

Win it: One winner will receive a $25 gift card to shutterfly. I do realize the holiday season is coming to a close, but that does not mean you can’t use the Shutterfly credits on birthday cards, baby announcements, New Years card, etc. To enter simply leave me a comment telling me if you currently have your addresses organized. For an optional +2 entries, tweet about this giveaway mentioning @dentistmel and whitepage mailer $25 shutterfly giveaway. Please leave links in comment section proceeding the post. Giveaway ends January 15, 2013. US only. Please leave valid email addresses. Good luck!

I don’t have my addresses organized at all! They are all over the place, some on emails to myself, others in my address book that is lost somewhere and others are inside of my brain… it’s a long shot that everyone will get a card from me this year!

  2. says

I would love to say that I have all my addresses organized. However…that is not the case. I have about 80% of them in an address book and stragglers in email and on scraps of paper and here ad there. Insanity.

  3. Laura B says

Definately not! I need help with this, and every Christmas time it’s an issue as I’m scrambling to get cards out!

As I was mailing my holiday cards, I realized that my address book hasn’t been updated in about two years, lots of addresses scratched out and not all of the latest ones added in yet.

I don’t really have mine organized. Right now, I rely on the fact that I can message most of my relatives and friends to get their addresses every time I need them. It’s annoying for both of us I think! lol
