    Oh these are awesome with the 40-30-30!! I have to watch my blood sugar due to migraines; and so basically I try to eat on the 40-30-30 plan! Most bars spike my blood sugar and I can’t do it. But these…these would be so awesome! Plus; the husband likes them too. I’ve actually never tried them yet; but I would love to give them a go! Especially the dark chocolate or s’mores flavors.

    My favorite flavor is the Lemon Meringue Crunch. I am on Dialysis, and these are a great healthy snack.

    It’s a toss up between the Mocha Chip and Peanut Butter, although I have yet to try a flavor I didn’t like.
