Saturday’s Top Five Laughs!

So we are getting closer to the unveiling of my new blog template. I am excited! Anyway, I hope you all had a fabulous week and will continue to have a superb weekend.

Here are my top five Saturday laughs of this week:

5. Zane has this habit of giggling uncontrollably when I see him for the first time after coming home from work. This can go on for a good five minutes and is just so darn cute. I will have to videotape him doing it one of these days.

4. Zane is beginning to sit up unassisted. He is funny because he will get the hang out of it and then a couple minutes later, he will fall. It is so funny because when he falls, he gives me this sorry pout, that is just so funny that I end up laughing. Then he ends up crying. Funny routine we have going on.

3. Hayley’s new favorite show is Peppa Pig. I have no idea where she found this show but it is her new favorite. So today I put on Dora and she says, “Mommy, please turn it off. Zane doesn’t like this show at all. He wants to see Peppa.” Already starting to blame the brother!

2. Hayley still sometimes has poop accidents. Doesn’t happen too often at all but this week, she says, “Mommy, I poop a little bit in my underwear. Can you change me?” So I go up and change her and then she declares, “Don’t be mad, I will help you wash them.” I would love to see that happens.

1. Hayley can have whole hour long converstions with her “friends”, aka her stuffed animals, before she goes to sleep at night. Last night, she told her Dora friend, “Dora, you are taking up too much room in my crib. Please move over.” I heard this on the monitor and that about made my night.

The things kids say. Now, tell me your funnys from this week. I know you have some….

Sometimes you just need some mommy-daughter alone time!

I'm loving #1. Sounds like there's never a dull moment at your house, even after the kids are in bed!

not too many funny around here lately. potty training is going on and I'm not sure who has cried more… me or my daughter. If I step in one more wet spot on the carpet or have to scrub poop out of the carpet I might run away with the circus… *sigh* (I know there is a funny moment though, I just can't remember it)

Your daughter sounds too cute! My son used to say funny things all the time, like the time he got mad at my mom and started crying because she told him boys don't have boobs and he thought they did. lol

Aww!! So you have a Dora obsessed one too? I haven't heard of Peppa Pig yet. I am sure we will soon enough.

I did My Top 5 Laughs from this week too over at my blog. 🙂

My kids LOVE peppa pig…. Although my 2 year old love bubble guppies the most.

I'm sure some funny things have happened this week, but it has been one of those weeks… every drink spilt, the kids shoved way too much toilet paper in the toilet and flooded the bathroom…. not so funny at the time.

Kids do say the funniest things. They are our own personal comedians. Sometimes I'll remember something from a couple of years ago and I'm still laughing.
I found you thru the blog hop. I am a follower. Would you mind returning the favor? Looking forward to new blog template as all of these techno things are still a mystery to me.

So cute! Aren't three year olds amazing with what they say. Kadence says stuff like "that's horrible". She told me yesterday that she didn't want her birthday party to be ruined. What? I want to do this- maybe next week. I even text messaged myself funny stuff the kids did so I could remember!

It's so funny to watch little ones who can't yet sit up, try and do it. They are like a big lump that just falls over and they always end up with a shocked look on their face. Too cute!

How wonderful that Hayley talks with her friends. JDaniel does too. He can go on and on.

Thank you for you kind words on my beach post. We really had a great time. The hotel was wonderful.

I've been thinking lately that I need to record some of Brinkley's giggles too. I feel like I don't video often enough.

My middle girl talks to her dolls all the time – and gets mad when my oldest says she's talking to herself. She says the dolls are talking to each other and it's not her 🙂

One of our funnies from this week was the other night out with my middle girl. She told me they made caterpillars at school.

Me: How do you make caterpillars? Reagan: You take fluids, insect insides, grossness, black stuff, yellow stuff, antenna and bristles.

She was being very sarcastic and then told me that she meant they used paper rings to make fake caterpillars 🙂

Cute Post! My 4 year old daughter is ALL about Peppa Pig recently. I too have no idea where the show came from and why she likes it. I personally cannot stand all the pig snorts throughout the show. Not making a big deal about it and just secretly hoping she will move on from this show shortly…lol

Newest follower from the blog hop!

Hopefully you will stop ad follow back!!
Have a wonderful weekend and looking forward to reading more!

#5 reminded me so much of my kiddos!! They both LOVE to talk themselves to sleep. My youngest also sings himself to sleep-I would love to record it but I'm sure the noise machine playing in his room would drown out his beautiful song!

Kids are so cute. David comes in my bedroom in the morning and tells me "Mommy, time to get up! The sun is up!" You can't help but smile at him. Even if it is 6am and you don't want to open an eyelid
