Each Easter, we go to my husband’s uncles house for our festivities. I am usually in charge of making a side dish and this year I am going to make a wonderful casserole using Ore-Ida® Shredded Hash Browns. I have used these hash browns as a stand alone side dish and know how truly delicious they are. I figured why not make a fun casserole with them just in time for Easter! Then when we are done with our meal, we usually donate the leftovers to the local firefighters in our town.
