Life is hard sometimes. I remember back to the time that I was pregnant and I was told we were moving states. Not only were we moving states, but we were moving out of the city. If you know me, you know that I have been a city girl since the time I was very little. To move to a state where there would be farms next to us, seemed quite strange.
Also, I was so situated with my friends and knew that I needed to start a brand new life. I was going from my full social network to not knowing one person in my network. Turns out though it was the best decision I have ever made. I become so involved in my community once I moved, and now I would never in a million years think to live any place else. It has made not only my relationship with my husband better because I am so happy, it made my relationship with everyone all around me better. If I didn’t do that, I might have not been living the good life I am now.

The Allstate brand commercial tells everyone how there are risks all over, but it should not hold us back. Instead we use them to our advantage to make life better. This is just like when I moved and I was taking a huge risk but in the end, life has never been better.

Yes change is hard. Lord knows I have moved 11 times in 15 years but I also believe everything happens for a reason. The first move was the hardest for me but now I try to look at the positive things instead of the negative. 
It can be so hard moving, I’ve just moved around the corner but it was so had just leaving those neighbours behind – its done me the world of good through and I’m in a much better place for it.
