Provella Probiotics Dietary Supplement for Women!

I know a lot about probiotics as both of my children took them when they were babies. Both had severe digestive problems and the probiotics the doctor recommended helped me get through the many bouts of crying from the colic and stomach issues that came along with it. While I was happy that they were getting better, I didn’t realize that my stomach was acting up ever since I gave birth to Hayley. Without going into too much personal details, I would be running to the bathroom multiple times of day. I never took a step back to help “me” out- it was only my kids. That is why I was very grateful when I received the Provella Probiotic Dietary Supplement to try out for myself. I was excited because I had hoped that Provella Probiotics would alleviate my stomach issues that I now have after giving birth.

If you are not familiar with Provella, it is a probiotic dietary supplement that is specifically designed for women to promote digestive, feminine, and immune health. It works to promote a healthy balance of good bacteria. In our bodies, we need a natural balance of good and bad bacteria. If there is an uneven balance between good and bad, you would notice disruptions in digestive and feminine health. This will inevitably cause discomfort and pain to our bodies.  We could help ourselves out by balancing good and bad bacteria by taking Provella and ridding ourselves of digestive problems. Provella also supports a healthy immune system which is an added bonus.

Provella contains a property blend of 6 bacteria strains that were specifically chosen to maximize benefits to women by supporting digestive, feminine, and immune health. It is estimated that 20-40% of certain probiotic bacteria survive the passage to the gut. However with Provella, it is formulated using a patented controlled-released technology that helps protect probiotics from harsh stomach acid and is designed to ensure live organisms reach the intestines where they begin working. The figure below explains why Provella’s controlled-release technology is important, and how each bacteria strain contributes:

I have also included a question and answer video to learn more about Provella:

I have been taking Provella Probiotics Dietary Supplements for a month now and I truly feel wonderful! I have noticed significantly less stomach irritation without doing much else than taking this one small pill a day. I also noticed that my overall immune system is definitely improved. Just last week, Hayley and Zane had wicked colds and temperatures of 104 degrees. Since I am the mom who has to attend to their every need, I thought I would definitely get sick. Turns out I stayed healthy through the whole ordeal and I attribute that to taking Provella daily. Provella Probiotics Dietary Supplements should be taken daily by mouth and can be taken with or without food. That is a huge plus since I don’t have to wait till morning to take them when I can eat. It is important to take Provella everyday though since supplemental good bacteria does not stay in the body long. By taking it everyday, I can assure you that you will feel wonderful and have overall better digestive, feminine, and immune health!

Provella Probiotics is sold as your local pharmacy or at www.drugstore.com for $28.99. I have a special $6 off coupon which can be found here: coupon for Provella.

Our family has a lot of “tummy troubles” so we use probiotics all the time. I like the idea of using a brand that is just for womans health too!

I’ve never taken a probiotic supplement, I eat a lot of yogurt and take vitamins. I like this idea though for tummy troubled people

Sounds like a really great product. Probiotics are so important to our overall health but so many people think you can get enough in a normal serving of yogurt which just isn’t the case.
