Self Express yourself with Revlon Products!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Revlon for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

exp_exp_logo.jpg (2 documents, 2 total pages)As a mom of two small kids, it is hard to find the time to put on makeup. Trust me when I say I try but during the everyday hustle and bustle of life, I don’t really get the chance. Lucky for me though, I was asked to participate in the Revlon Expression Experiment to showcase that even with limited time for ourselves, we can look beauty ready in no time. I realized that when I put on makeup, I feel alive and beautiful! To take the Revlon Challenge, I alloted 10 minutes each day to look my best!

I have learned that the Revlon makeup really brought out my best features and gave me the additional confidence needed to get through my days. WIth spit up on me or food remnants found on my pants, my face was one area that I could “dress” up to feel happy and beautiful.

With the Revlon Expression ExperimentRevlon Expression Experiment it is a way for women to move beyond their everyday makeup routines and step out of their comfort zones. I decided to try several Revlon products to express myself and show how easy it is to make one feel pretty without having time to spend tons of time doing it.

The first challenge I took was the red lipsticklipstick challenge to look bold and ravishing. Having blond hair and blue eyes, I was nervous I would look more like a “vampire” with bright red lipstick but I was so wrong! Then I thought of one of my favorite singers, Gwen Stefani, and how she rocks red lips all the time. The Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick made me feel alive and wonderful! I tend to wear it more for a nighttime look but it really truly looks wonderful on my lips.

I also love wearing the Revlon Colorburst Lipgloss for a nice daytime look. It is a pop of weightless color bursting with vivid, mirror-like shine. I can easily wear this while running errands or bringing my kids to school or the doctor office.

FInally I tried Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter which has a buttery balm and shiny color added. Look at how pretty it looks. I tend to wear this lip butter with outfits that have blacks and whites in it, as it makes the lip color really shine!

After I was lip ready, I took the perfect canvas challenge. Summer is the ideal time for putting your best face forward. I love using the Revlon PhotoReady Color Correcting Primer with the Revlon PhotoReady Eye Primer and Brightener. It makes my face shine that much more and look natural, yet beautiful. I love smoothing my skin and softening it while creating the perfect canvas. A little primer can go a long way.

Here is me before the primer:

Revlon also has some beautiful bright eye challlenges to make your eyes super pop this summer long. Their Revlon ColorStay will make your color stay bright on your eyes even on those hot and humid summer nights. They are very easy to apply and will last!

Lastly, Revlon encourages you to take the Daring Nail Challenge and put some fun on your nails. Color is in this summer so why not use the Revlon Colorstay Longwear nail polishNail Polish that will provide 11 days of lasting color and gel-like shine for a quarter of the price of getting it done in the nail salon.

Whatever you choice this summer, join me in participating in the Revlon Expression Challenges. Join the movement of self expression with the Revlon Expression Facebook application.
