Hayley has so much hair! She was born with the Doctor screaming out, “Holy moly-she has tons of hair.” Since she was a baby, I have put on all sorts of bows and elastics in her hair. I am always on the search for adorable hair accessories  and that is why I feel as if I hit the jackpot with Little Patootique boutique.
