Natural Bliss Coffee-Mate Creamers- Have you tried them yet? #NaturalBlissWM #Cbias #SocialFabric

Yes, it is 6 AM and I am wide awake! Can you relate? If you have small children like I do, they just don’t know the true definition of sleeping in. As a result, I am now a self-confessed coffee drinker! I not only having one cup of coffee in the morning, I also usually have 1-2 more cups throughout the day. Sorry, but with getting up early and chasing around small children all day, coffee is my best friend. This is usually my first thing in the am- You really don’t want to mess with me unless you see that I had my first cup of coffee. I promise you- just stay away!

Although I am a coffee addict, I made a New Years resolution for 2012 to try to stick to foods, snacks, and drinks that are preservative free. I knew I would not give up my coffee (that resolution would have been broken in 2 seconds flat) but I knew that I could try  to curtail my intake of foods/drinks that were bad for me and full of “fake” ingredients.  So my first step was to try to eliminate artificial ingredients and eat clean, by switching up my coffee creamer to the new Nestle Coffee-Mate Natural Bliss creamers. I was hesitant at first because I am a girl who loves all the fattening and extremely unhealthy (full of preservatives) creamers out there! The word natural at first made me scared. Would it taste good? Would it be bland? Would it really help in my quest to eat a clean diet? The answer to all three is an outstanding YES – but more on that later!

I decided to take Hayley along and to really check out what these new Natural Bliss creamers were all about!  Before we headed to Walmart, I went on the Coffee-Mate website and printed out the Natural Bliss coupon. When I went to print it out, I saw that I could save $1 on any 2 bottle of Natural Bliss. I didn’t know the original price on the creamers but I did know that I like to save money, and this coupon looked great.

When we arrived we headed to the dairy aisle in Walmart and I found the Natural Bliss Coffee-Mate coffee creamers right away! I was so excited because  I saw that they had the creamer available in three decadent flavors- Vanilla, Sweet Cream, and Caramel. I might have been doing the happy dance when I saw that they made these in flavors. For some reason, I thought it would be a bland flavor so finding out these flavors were available, made me instantly elated.

My next step was checking out how incorporating the Natural Bliss Coffee-Mate creamers would help in my New Years Resolution to eat healthy. When I checked the back of the bottle, I saw there were only four ingredients and absolutely no preservatives. It has no articial colors, added flavors, or sweeteners! Plain and simple it is just milk and cream packaged in these amazing bottles! I also checked the nutritional labels and found all the Natural Bliss creamers have 35 calories and 1.5 grams of fat for 1 Tablespoon. I love the fact that I could eat clean and watch my figure all in one delicious creamer.

As I was trying to explain to Hayley, that I was so excited about my brand new find of coffee creamers, I took a look at the price. I couldn’t believe it- only $2.28 for a full 16 oz. bottle. Combine that with my dollar off coupon, and we are looking at 2 bottles, for under $4! What a great deal!

The next morning, I tried out the Natural Bliss coffee-creamers. Love is an understatement. I could not believe how good the natural creamer tasted and best of all, it was truly natural! No more junk going into this body. I have now found my new natural creamer and I will never go back! Natural Bliss Coffee-Mate Creamers all the way!! It is really hard to tell what my favorite is right now since I just started using it, but check back next week and I will let you know! In the meantime follow along with my  google plus story to see my shopping trip to Walmart. Also be sure to check out Natural Bliss at http://naturalbliss.coffee-mate.com/ and on Facebook at Natural Bliss.

Ha! Love that milk is listed in the ingredients and then it says contains milk. duh! The caramel one looks good and it’s nice to see a sweet product that doesn’t have sugar as the first ingredient.

I need to try these! I am a total addict, especially since we got the Keurig and I gave up my DD. I think Vanilla would be right up my alley!
