A few months ago I heard about Blake Lively’s new line of canned cocktails. I will tell you that I love the occasional canned drink and while some are delicious, others are filled with the “fake alcohol”. However, I will tell that that Betty Booze falls in the absolutely delicious category for an amazing crafted canned cocktail. Blake Lively’s line of sparkling, chef-crafted canned cocktails feels more like something from a great bar than from a can. They’re an easy, elevated option for hosts who want bar-quality drinks without playing bartender all night.
Instead of playing bar tender, these canned drinks feel like a naturally crafted drink without all the fuss of making a drink. They have a full lineup of cocktails that start with premium spirits- tequila, bourbon, and vodka that are layered with real juices, real herbs, and real tea. That is it! No shortcuts at all, No weird aftertaste, No artificial anything!
Some of the delicious canned drinks include Vodka Iced Tea and Passion Fruit, Vodka Iced Tea and Meyer Lemonade, Sparkling Tequila with Smoky Pineapple, Sparkling Tequila with Lime Shiso, Sparkling Bourbon with Peach Honey Mint, Sparkling Bourbon with Oak Smoked Lemonade, Sparkling Bourbon wiht Apple Ginger Sour Cherry, and Sparkling Tequila with Oak Smoked Lemonade. They make variety packs so you can sample many of the above. They also recently came out with canned mocktails as well.
I sampled almost all of these flavors and I will say that these might be my favorite canned drinks, which is saying a lot. My favorite is the Vodka Iced Tea and Meyer Lemonade. It was seriously so refreshing and so smooth. After this one, my second favorite is Sparkling Tequila with Oak Smoked Lemonade. However, you can not go wrong with any of these canned drinks. They are perfect to take to parties, at home after a long day of work, or for that special dinner party.
