My thoughts:
Wuthering Heights is a powerful but demanding film experience. It’s less about romance and more about the darker side of human emotion—obsession, pride, and revenge. If you enjoy gothic drama and emotionally intense storytelling, it’s worth watching. If you’re expecting a light love story, this movie will not provide that. I loved the cinematography of this movie with incredible landscapes and lighting.
However, there are parts of this movie that have been omitted from the original story and book. If you are looking for a true adaptation, this would not be it. It is more of a bold adaption that kept my interest from beginning to end!
