Sometimes when a sequel comes out, it is not as good as the original but this most certainly was not the case with Zootopia 2! My family saw it in the movies and gave it a 9/10 and today it is available on Ultra HD Blu-Ray and Digital today with the DVD available on March 3rd.
Film Synopsis
In Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Zootopia 2, rookie cops Judy Hopps (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (voiced by Jason Bateman) find themselves on the twisting trail of a great mystery when Gary De’Snake (voiced by Academy Award® winner Ke Huy Quan) arrives in Zootopia and turns the animal metropolis upside down. To crack the case, Judy and Nick must go undercover to unexpected new parts of town, where their growing partnership is tested like never before.

My review:
As said before, we give Zootopia 2 9/10 stars which is a high rating for a sequel! This is an action packed sequel has a great story line, fantastic humor, and amazing characters that return to deliver a great movie even 10 years later. The movie picks up where the first left off (watch the first to know full details) but we start with Judy Hopps becoming the first rabbit police officer together with Nick Wilde who have to play detective and work together. This movie revolves around a new character animal, the reptiles, who were forced out after a snake was accused of murder. Enter conspiracies, action, and teamwork to figure out how to save the reptiles when they are discovered and uncover the true mystery in Zootopia.
The visuals and action sequences are truly out of this world. Dare I even say better than the first. It is full of wit and drama to make a perfect movie. The music also was great especially seeing Gazella (Shakira) do her thing! I just wish there was more of the sloth! Next time bring him back more LOL!
