I am a huge and avid fan of working out. Most days you can find me on the pickleball court, tennis court, running, going for a walk, or just working out at Planet Fitness. I am also very careful that I have the right shoes and workout materials before I set foot for my workout. I also love to have some good arch support inserts in my shoes to make sure I have no injuries.
When I play tennis or pickleball sometimes I suffer from bad heel pain. I think it is the overuse of my feet when I am playing multiple matches a week. The over and over pressure of stepping down sometimes gives me that pain and that is why I am grateful for the Powerstep Memory Foam Insoles that I wear in my tennis shoes. It helps alleviate the pressure and pain in my shoe area and makes me play matches without the added stress of the workout.
Whenever you start a new exercise, it is important you make sure you are equipped to play. Always check with a doctor before you start any new exercise regime and make sure it is something your body can handle. Once you get the go ahead on a new exercise such as tennis or skiing, make sure you are fully equipped with everything you need. Make sure to have the workout clothes, shoes, and insoles you might need.
As a working mom of three kids with a busy schedule, I could not advocate enough making sure you are healthy physically and mentally. With exercise, you can do just that. After I get a good sweat, I always feel so much better and ready to conquer the world. I do get injuries at times, and during that times I make sure I am treating my body well. I hope you all enjoy to exercise as much as I do!
