Boston Harbor City Cruises offer New England Whale Watch cruises through November. This tour is on a catamaran and is approximately a 3-4 hour tour with professional, and knowledgeable naturalists on board. They offer large outside areas as well as inside areas to keep cool.

Their custom whale watch catamarans are among the largest and most comfortable in the country. They’re also incredibly stable, and feature outside viewing decks as well as a climate-controlled interior cabin with cushy seats and snack bar. This tour meets at 1 Long Wharf in Boston, just steps from some awesome Boston landmarks like Faneuil Hall and The North End.

There are two to three tours daily for these Whale Watch Tours. They set sail to the Wellwagen Bank Marine Sanctuary, a rich feeding ground for whales, dolphins, sea birds, and other marine creatures. Stellwagen is home to many species of large whales, including finbacks, hunkbacks, and minkes.
