Lucky Charms Bark Recipe!

My kids love cereal and specifically Lucky Charms! I am always on the hunt for recipes that include their favorite foods. This Lucky Charms Bark Recipe does the trick and is fan favorite in my household. It is also a perfect holiday snack for this upcoming St. Patty’s day! It is so easy to make and you can freeze it, if you are lucky enough to have extras.

Serves: 6 to 8

Prep: 20 Minutes
Cook: 4 Minutes
In Active Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients for Lucky Charms Bark Recipes:Lucky Charms Bark Recipe

18 oz white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 cup lucky charms cereal
2 tablespoons green glitter edible sprinkles

Instructions for Lucky Charms Bark Recipe:

In a bowl, add in white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat on 50 percent power or defrost mode for 2 minutes. Stir. Heat for another minute on the same settings. Stir. Now 30 second intervals until completely melted.

Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour out the white chocolate and smooth with a spatula or the back of a spoon.

Scatter Lucky Charms cereal over the top of the white chocolate. Lightly press down on it with the palm of your hand. Sprinkle green edible glitter candy sprinkles over the top.

Let dry for thirty minutes then break apart. Serve!
These are fan favorite in my household. All three kids love it and have fun making it too! It is a very easy recipe to do with the whole family and an easy recipe to eat with the family lol! I can tell you that everyone that tries this bark loves it. If you don’t love Lucky Charms (gasp…) you can try other cereals such as Captain Crunch or Frosted Flakes to make this bark to your liking. We love bringing this to parties as well as school events. This is also a great recipe to make for all those fun bake sales.

Happy eating!
