Synopsis
Ralphie is all grown up in this sequel to the annual holiday favorite in which he must deal with Christmas and all that comes with it, this time as a dad. Peter Billingsley returns to the role that has made kids of all ages anticipate Christmas morning like no other.

Thoughts:
I thought this was a simply adorable movie that my whole family loved! Of course the original is hard to compare to but this easily came in a close second. It was funny, charming, and full of love for the whole Christmas season.
It is a sweet and nostalgic movie that will have you remembering what is truly important this holiday season which is family. Seeing Ralphie Parker all grown up will make you feel a bit old but it will also appeal to all the younger generations that were not blessed with the original growing up. It was very neat seeing some of the original actors also reprise their roles, like no time has passed at all.
I thought it was a great follow up movie to the original. Was it better than the original? The answer is no but it did provide my family a fantastic night in watching some real comedy on the big screen. The storyline was well thought out and the actors did a great job in their roles. It was a very endearing movie.
