Constant motion has always been a part of my life, dating back to my early childhood. My parents often tell me that while I was an easy child behaviorally, I always seemed to be in motion. Whether it was running around, or even doing something as innocent as fidgeting in my seat at the dinner table, I just never stopped. Unfortunately, for me, my children have grown up watching me live life in motion and have picked up on the habits although not quite as badly as I was during my childhood.
My kiddos are always on the move. Their favorite way to burn off the excess energy is being outside, biking, running, swimming, etc. They’ve always been more prone to spend free time outside but this year I’ve been more lax about electronics, up to a point and so, they’ve taken to spending quiet time in their rooms or the living room, with their learning gadgets (tablets, educational gaming consoles, etc.)
These periods of solo time are when I notice the fidgets the most and while it doesn’t bother me, I didn’t turn down the opportunity when the company Fluid Stance contacted me with a partnership opportunity.
Their Grade for Kids products are great for kids of all ages, especially those who have learning disabilities and handicaps such as ADHD. These boards provide subtle motion for your little one while they participate in activities such as homework, gaming, reading, etc. and help provide non-distracting motion over actions like finger tapping, foot tapping, and other fidgety movements that might distract them as well as those around them.
The Fluid Stance Grade for Kids is also a great way to help kids get rid of excess energy. Often times, if myself or the kids haven’t been able to move enough during the day, we’re more prone to the motions like tapping or wiggling our legs while being stationary, so, I’ve noticed a big difference after they’ve used the Grade board. There’s less fidgety movement, especially at night during dinner times and the like.
Available in Alien Green, Galactic Green, Space Blue and Rocket Red, these gadgets are sure to be an eye catching gift for your wiggly kiddos. For those who have a hard time concentrating, the Game for Kids is also a productive way to help them focus while expelling excess energy, so, it’s a win, win product all the way around.
