FitQuickly to get back in shape!

*This is a sponsored post. All my opinions are my own and not swayed by outside sources.*

Since having my third child, as many of you know, I’ve been really focused on health for myself and my family. I’m not going to lie to you, a big part of this quest is the goal to fit back into my pre-baby clothes so I don’t have to run out and buy a whole new wardrobe. I refuse to have to buy a bigger size, when I know that I can reach my goal. The trouble is that although I know many of the right things to do to make this happen, eat right and excersize, I’ve come to realize I may not be one of those people who can go it alone. Who are those people anyways? With super hero self-motivation and self-control? I’m sorry but after a long day with kids and work my motivation and control seems to go right out the window!

Screen Shot 2014-10-01 at 5.28.50 PMSo here is my new plan, I’ve discovered FitQuickly.com (you like the name already right?) where I have guidance in my quest to get back in shape and stay healthy. Now with FitQuickly I have access to my nutrition counselors and diet experts 24 hours a day whom I can easily access online. I can engage in a video chat when I need that extra support any time I want 7 days a week. FitQuickly.com serves as a portal to access information and between dieticians and experts in the field of healthy nutrition, healthy lifestyle, dieting, and those seeking the professional consultations. Any questions I might have in the field of nutrition and dieting can be answered.

As eager as I am to reach my goals I really want to make sure I do so safely and with the guidance of an expert. It is not so much that I’m in a rush, but that I want to really start seeing some results, and I’ve heard great things about this program.
The belief at FitQuickly.com is that we are what we eat, and I’ve come to believe that too. Through internet tools and video communication I have access to hundreds of dietitians and nutritionists from all over the world. Right on the site I can see photos and read the bios of the experts that to choose from to guide clients through this process. When I choose who I want to work with they will give me a tailored diet and personal approach to reaching my goals.

Fit Quickly is so confident that their method works that they provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I think it was an important step for me to realize that I needed a little help along the way to get to where I want to be. I am so excited that I’ve found a great coach on FitQuickly.com as a flexible and affordable option to help me get there.

Oh this is definitely something I need to look into! It’s hard to find that balance between getting in shape and going overboard {or, not doing enough}. Having someone to help guide you along is perfect!
