#WordlessWednesday- STORYLAND in Glen, NH- Our trip!

*warning-words are added because we had so much fun*

We had a chance to take Hayley and Zane to Story Land in Glen, NH a few weeks ago. To say it was fun, is an understatement! We had the best time!  If you have never been, it is the premiere favorite Children/Kids Theme Park located in New Hampshire.

If you were wondering what they have there- The answer is easy: EVERYTHING!  They have super cool rides, shows, attractions, and food. What more can you want in a theme park! They also have their very own Story Land characters that go around the park, being introduced to your children.

While Hayley loved all the attractions, her favorite was taking her chariot to visit Cinderella. Cinderella took pictures with Hayley and talked to her about what Hayley did during the day. Hayley meeting a real princess- It was magical to her!

Some of the Story Land rides include Alice the Teacups, Antique Carousel, Bamboo Shoots, Buccaneer Pirate Ship, Dutch Shoes, Farm Tractor, Polar Coaster, and many more. There are close to 25 rides and I can assure you most of them, Hayley can easily ride. Some I had to go on with her, and others, she was big enough to go on herself. Zane even got in on the action of going on his first rides and had a blast!

While we did the park in a day, I highly suggest making a weekend trip out of it!  We didn’t get to cover everything in one day. I wish we did a two day trip. Next time!  They do have a great deal if you purchase full day admission after 3pm during the Summer months, you can readily come back the full next day for free!

The pricing  for the 2012 Storyland season is:

2012 Admission Pricing:

Ages Three and Above: $28.99 Per Person
Senior (age 60+): $26.99 Per Person
Active Military $25.99
Ages Under Three: FREE
Group Rate (minimum 25 paying guests) $24.99 Per Person*

      ADMISSION INCLUDES

• Unlimited Rides, Shows, and Attractions All Day Long!
      • Free Parking
      • Free Pet Kennels Use

We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to return later on this summer or next year! It is definitely a fun getaway to visit beautiful New Hampshire and make a trip to Story Land.

*We were provided with tickets to Story Land. As always, all my opinions are my own and not swayed by outside sources.

It looks more fun to me than Disney world looks. I like storyland because it has princesses and more variety.

I visited Storyland many times when I was a kid. I live in Maine, so it was always our big vacation trip in the summer time lol. We’d go there and to Santa’s Village, which is also AWESOME! I have many fond memories of Storyland, and lots of great pictures. I have a picture of me sitting next to Humpty Dumpty too! I was younger than your daughter though. My Dad was in the pic too, holding onto me while I sat up there. 🙂
