Bright Starts: Having a Ball Pop and Roll Roadster (Ride-on Toy) Review-Giveaway

Bright Starts is a well known name if you are a Mommy/Daddy! That is because they excel is making unbelievable, engaging, and fresh products for babies and parents alike. I know for me, we have so many Bright Starts products that have readily been passed down from Hayley to Zane, in pristine condition. The toys, as well as their baby gear, is truly second to none! I was excited when I had the chance to review the Bright Starts: Having a Ball Pop and Roll Roadster for Zane.

Get your toddler rollin’ and laughing with the Pop & Roll Roadster™!  Silly sounds are activated as balls are dropped into the steering wheel and roll into the hood of the car.  For extra fun, pull the gear shift and the balls are launched from the hood.  Fun horn and engine sounds play each time toddler pushes the buttons to ensure a fun ride every time!

 

From the time we received the Bright Starts: Having a Ball Pop and Roll Roadster, I knew this would make Zane incredibly happy. Our first step, was putting together the Pop and Roll Roadster. It truly was simple. Most of the car was put together and there was only a few pieces such as the steering wheel and rear spoiler, that I needed to attach. After about 5-10 minutes, the car was ready to go. The only part left to do was put in the batteries. I did at first have some difficulties getting the batteries to work; however, when I contacted Bright Starts, I was told that I needed to press the dashboard down till I heard an audible click. Once I did that, the batteries instantly started working and the noises came to life! Zane was one happy guy when he heard the first noise come out of the Ball Pop and Roll Roadster.  It is quite simple to get the noises started with touching  buttons from the front near the wheel. Zane got the hang of pressing those  buttons instantly and thoroughly enjoyed that he was actually getting the car to sound. Not only was he mesmerized with the sounds, but the colors of the Roadster are incredible. The bright colors of blues, oranges, red, greens, and purples had Zane starring at the car and smiling.

 

 

While Zane had active balance on the Ball Pop and Roll Roadster, he was a little young to get the car to wheel around. However, big sister came to the rescue and had Zane riding all over the house. Hayley alternatively liked to ride the Pop and Roll Roadster. The seat on the Roadster is super wide and comfortable which made for a very relaxing ride. Hayley also automatically got the idea of putting the balls into the hole in the stirring wheel and then pulling the lever, to let the balls come out. Zane in a few short days got the idea of putting the balls into the wheel and recognizing by doing this, another sound will be made. He did not get the concept yet of pulling the lever to get the balls out. Hey, he is only 13 months old! I think in a few short months he will also get the hang of this.

I have to say, I am mighty impressed with this ride-on toy!  I think as time goes on, he is going to love it, even more than he currently does.  As for Hayley, she can ride this toy everyday!

    The only Bright Starts toys we have are the baby toys – rattles and stuff. They’re adorable, but Abby’s a “big girl” now, and would LOVE something cool like this!
