Walgreen’s Prescription Saving Club

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walgreens for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Being a dentist, I see how difficult it if for some of patients to fill their prescriptions. With the economy the way it is, people are not able to afford insurance. With this, they are also unable to get the medicines they need. By not being able to obtain their medicines because of financial reasons, they end up facing dire consequences.

Luckily, Walgreens is now offering a special discount on annual membership for its Walgreens Prescription Savings Club. This program will offer special discounts on the costs of your prescriptions. They have made this program completely risk free so if you don’t save more than the cost of membership, they will reimburse you the cost of your prescription.

In addition to saving on the cost of your prescription this plan will offer additional savings on 8,000 name brand and generic medicines. It will also provide discounts on flu shots, pet prescriptions, nebulizers, and diabetic supplies. In addition, it will offer you bonuses on Walgreen brand products and photofinishing services.

The best part of this plan is how incredibly affordable it is. For a mere $35, this plan will cover everyone in your immediate family, including a spouse, dependents 22 years of age and below, as well as, pets. An individual can purchase the plan for $20.

Join the 2 million people that have already signed up for this wonderful plan. Help support Walgreens as well as learn more information by liking Walgreens on Facebook and following Walgreens Walgreens on Twitter.

It is good to know that there are some drugstores out there actually concerned with people and not just the dollar.

I wonder if it would be worth it to have something like this rather than the $4 scripts from other pharmacies. I would have to do some research on the meds that my family takes on a regular basis. It does sounds like this could help a lot of people…I'll definitely share with my family members who could use it for diabetic supplies!!
