Being a dentist, I am a huge advocate of Operation Smile and what they do to help children born with facial deformities and cleft lips.  Since 1982, Operation Smile through the help of medical volunteers has provided more than 3.5 million comprehensive patient evaluations and over 200,000 free surgeries for children and young adults born with facial deformities. Campus Book Rentals also has a new initiative called RentBack. RentBack is new initiative that allows students to rent the textbooks they own – to other students… which is awesome because it makes them 2-4x more money compared to what they’d make through buyback options! (selling their books back at the end of the semester) Isn’t that awesome?! I know it sounds wonderful!

Oh man, I can’t tell you how helpful it is to rent college text books versus the old method of BUYING them! Shoot; we have saved a lot of money the last few semesters. Especially when the professors don’t use the same text book the following year; so we can’t sell the book we just spent all that money on.

I wish we would have had this service when I was in college. I remember buying a $125 geology text book and we used it once for 1 page of the book.
