Niko’s Sword of Light Craft- Try to make it today with your kids!
- 2 pieces of silver glitter foam craft sheets
- 1 pieces of black foam craft sheet
- Craft glue
- Paint Stirring Stick
On the backside of one of the silver glitter foam craft sheet draw the outline of your sword in a zigzagging shape length wise to look like Niko’s sword.
Next, put your two pieces of glitter foam craft sheets together with the glitter facing each other.
Now cut along your zigzagging shape cutting both sheets of glitter foam craft sheets together.
When you are finished you will now have both sides of your sword.
Take your paint stirring stick and add a line of glue around the edges starting at the indentation on the handle. Add a zigzagging line up the middle too.
Line up your first piece of zigzagging glitter foam craft sheet to the center of the stick. Flip the stick over and repeat this step for the other side.
Next, using your black piece of foam craft sheet cut a stip off the bottom about the width of your sword handle.
Put some glue on the bottom portion of the stick and wrap the black strip around the handle. Flip over and repeat this step.
