**This post is part of the HEALTHY ESSENTIALS® 2014 program by Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc. and The Motherhood, who sent me a box of products and compensated me for my time. Opinions, experiences and photos shared here are all my own, and I hope you enjoy them.**

healthy-essentials-logo2014 did not start out on the right foot for me, but that being said, it taught me an important lesson! I ended up having a very bad strain of the flu and couple that with being pregnant, it did not make for fun times. I am almost all recovered now and it taught me that I need to take better care of myself and my family! Health is so very important and we can’t ignore it because we are busy! Being healthy should be a top priority for all of us. It’s kind of funny that you say that, because I had a horrible tooth ache and found out I need a root canal. I learned really quickly how important the littlest of things are, like floss!
