Want to see how Dr. Melissa (me) did with the Crest-Oral B Pro Health Regime! #CrestSponsored

I am back talking about two of my favorite dental companies: Crest and Oral B. I was introduced to these two companies when I was in dental school, and since then I have been religiously using their products. A few months ago, I started a regime using Crest and Oral B Pro-Health products to help control plaque in my mouth. The Oral B with Crest Pro-Health Clinical Plaque Control program is very easy to do!  Every day, I use the Oral B Pro-Health Clinical Pro-Flex toothbrush with Crest Pro-Health Clinical Plaque control, followed by Glide Pro-Health Clinical Protection Floss, and finally rinse with the wonderful Crest Pro-Health Anti gingivitis/Anti Plaque rinse. I am proud to report that my teeth never have felt better and I just got a wonderful check-up from my own personal dentist. I strongly advocate following the Crest and Oral B Pro-Health program that I am going to outline below to help with achieving healthy mouthes! Just think no one wants to come see the me for periodontal problems, so follow this program below and you will see very favorable results. Dentist recommended!

you are a natural and you have great teeth! I always wondered if dentists do their own check-ups or see other dentists :=)

Honestly I don’t use one. I like using a manual toothbrush but I know others love the electric toothbrushes.

I’m a big Oral-B fan and have been for years. Same for Crest. I haven’t tried any of the newer Pro-Health products, but generally prefer Crest over Colgate. I know I don’t floss enough… but I’ve used Glide before and it’s pretty nice. I should get a bottle of that mouthwash for work though… I don’t like to brush my teeth in the public bathrooms or kitchen but could do a quick swish with mouthwash easy. Better, I imagine, than not brushing at all after lunch. Thanks for the review!
