Children’s Place Review!

This summer is flying by, and back to school shopping is soon to be on your mind.  To help us moms out The Children’s Place is having a special Back to school promotion , where you could win a $500.00 gift card to The Children’s Place, and I am so excited to be a part of it!  The Children’s Place was already one of my all time favorite places to shop for my own kids.   It has great prices and the cutest children’s styles, so I am honored that The Children’s Place picked The Mommyhood Chronicles (me) as one of the top 10 Mom Blogs and asked me to take part in their Back to school promotion!
As part of the promotion I was sent some of their adorable clothes to enjoy mixing and matching them into a multitude of great outfits.  I had so much fun coming up with clothing combinations of the black Rhinestone V-neck tee ($12.00), the five pocket denim skirt ($12.00), an adorable silver sequin shine tiered tee ($25.00), a khaki uniform jumper ($18.71), biscuit uniform pants ($12.71), the crewneck tee in black and pink which retails for $8.00 each, and the super cute mixed print tiered dress ($24.95).
My daughter Hayley was a willing model for me to play stylist on.  Starting on Monday August 6th over 1 million Children’s Place Facebook fans will be asked to vote for their favorite back to school style.  You can vote too! Either enter through my Facebook page or theirs, and in doing so you will be entered into a drawing to win a $500.00 Children’s Place gift card! You can check out the outfits that I put together, and Hayley will be pictured in one of these cute outfits in the contest so be sure to vote!
The Children’s Place has a fantastic sale going on right now so don’t miss out on the discounts on their already amazing low prices.  I learned the hard way last year when I thought I could shop for fall clothes in the fall only to find that I had missed many of the great sales.  It may be hard to wrap your head around needing to wear fall clothes when we have such gorgeous summer weather, I know, but it pays off to start early and catch those back to school sales.
Here in New England the weather can turn on a dime and I can’t stand finding myself without warm enough clothes for the kids when the cold suddenly decides to hit. Of course it helps knowing where to shop for the best prices on the current styles, that’s why I love The Children’s Place! My daughter Hayley already loves fashion (Gee, I wonder where she gets that from?!) and I have found that The Children’s Place always offers the cutest up to date styles for even the tiniest of fashionistas.  The best part is that you can get an entire wardrobe to mix and match for what it would cost for just a couple of items in one of the other children’s specialty shops.
Don’t forget to vote on the  Children’s Place Facebook page starting this Monday, August 6  to vote for your favorite fall outfit.
*Thanks to the Children Place and the PR firm representing the Children Place for supplying me the items seen above. As always, all my opinions are my own and not swayed by outside source.

She is adorable! I also am a huge children’s place fan – I’ve bought their clothes for years – they’re not only cute, stylish, modest (for my girl) but they also last forever!

She is adorable! I LOVE The Children’s Place! I was there a few weeks ago – got a BAG full of clothes for both kids for less than $80! (It was an outlet, and all clearance prices were 1/2 off, but still!)

I have been shopping at TCP for 9 years now and we love it! I was so sad when my oldest moved in to juniors so I couldn’t shop there for her anymore. Love the sale prices and my kids love the clothes.

She is sooo adorable! That’s why I always wanted a little girl :-) I love Children’s Place – their clothes are awesome. And they’re good quality, so they are passed down through both of my sons… Love it!

Could Hayls be any cuter?! What an adorable model, she really got into it!! I love TCP too, it’s one of the few places that I consistently find clothes for my girls. As a side note, we have the same play structure for our kids :)
