Bengay Zero Degrees Review- Time for Summer Exercise!

Summer is fast approaching and it is time for me to hit the gym again! During the winter, fall, and spring, I play tennis several times a week. I do not go to the gym at all since most of my exercise is coming from playing double/singles tennis. However, since tennis is ending and I need to get my body is beach-ready shape, I started to go to the gym and take my summer step classes. If you haven’t tried step, it is mighty hard but so worth it! However, after I finish my spin class, those nights my muscles are aching me. While a warm bath helped, I was still in pain. Thankfully, I found a remedy: Bengay Zero Degrees!

Bengay Zero Degrees is the first and only medicated, topical pain reliever that combines the icy-cold sensation with the longlasting pain relief as seen in Bengay  medicine. Bengay zero degrees contains a menthol pain relieving gel with Pro-Cool technology that blasts away pain. The medicated pain relief lasts for hours.  Bengay provides temporarily relief for muscles and joints associated with arthritis, simple backache, strains, bruises, and sprains.

I have been using Bengay zero degrees now for a few weeks. I love it! I feel so much better when I apply it. I usually use it after my bath when I am getting ready to go to bed. Since I store my Bengay zero degrees in the freezer, it really provides instant relief. To say this product works is an understatement. If you use this regularly, you will feel 100 percent relieved and ready for your next work-out.  Oh, and if you are worried about an overbearing scent- no need to. It has a vanishing scent and when I go to bed, my husband hardly smelled it.

This would have been great a couple months ago when I pulled something in my back! I always hate getting menthol products on my hands since it stays tingly and cool forever!

This looks great. I just recently started physical therapy for a sore back and get really sore afterwards. I’ll have to try it!
