4X Probiotics-How I am feeling one month in: #Cbias

You may remember that I told you that I was starting to take 4X Probiotic last month to help with my overall digestive care.  I was given a sample of the 4X Pro-B and then when I ran out, I readily ordered another supply at Costco. The goal of taking these 4X Pro-B was to increase my digestive health and probiotics was the first step in my journey.

So, how am I feeling after taking one month of the Costco 4X Probiotics? Honestly, I have never felt better. I have been struggling with gas pains and severe bloat for as long as I can remember. The gas pains and bloat have gotten so bad recently, that I have been asked a few times if I was pregnant. It not only didn’t look good with my bloat but I was also in serious pain. Nothing seemed to do the trick. I was suffering. I am happy to report that after a month on the 4X Pro-B, I am no longer in pain…I am no longer bloated…I no longer constantly constipated.

It really was so easy to take one of these pills a day with my breakfast. The pills are readily identified with the days of the week, so it was hard not to miss a pill. Within a week of taking the pills, I began to feel good. After a month, I feel fantastic! Along with taking these pills, I have started to play tennis on a regular basis to keep up with my physical and digestive health. I gave up tennis for so long and playing as regularly as I do now, makes me one happy camper.  I am happy to report that I am now the lowest weight I have been since high school. I am wearing my size four jeans and I feel great! I still don’t have a washboard stomach but I am not sure I will ever get that after birthing two kids. I can tell you that my “muffin top” is virtually nonexistent now.

With taking the 4X Probiotics, combined with working out,  I only really had to work on eating better. I was inspired to start tracking what I was eating to ultimately eat cleaner. Each day, I set up a template with what I have eaten for the day. I am not dieting (I am at my goal weight) but I do want to make sure my body gets all the necessary nutrients. I realized by writing down what I was eating, that my diet can most certainly be improved. I am now following the food pyramid system and trying to incorporate all my necessary fruits, vegetables, fats,  dairy, protein, and carbs. I hope to continue down the right path and be an inspiration to my daughter. If I can get her to eat a well-balanced, healthy diet by following my lead, I feel like I will have succeeded.

    I can’t believe it really helped that much! I know some people rave about probiotics but I never really understood what the hullabaloo was all about. I’m so glad that it’s helped with your bloating – that’s an awful feeling! It’s so encouraging to hear of the progress you are making in improving your health. I’ve been battling that a lot and every such post I read is helping to give me a nudge in the right direction! So glad you’re feeling better and good job for hanging in there and sticking with it!

    I absolutely love probiotics! I have a bottle in me refrigerator right now (from what my local health food store told me, keeping probiotics in the refrigerator prolongs the bacteria’s life). Looking at the ingredients of 4X Probiotics, it looks just as good as the high price one that I am getting at my local health food store. I think I am going to head on over to Costco and pick this one up. It is so much more affordable, too! Thank you so much for sharing this.

    You look great! I love the tip of noting what you eat so as to help you eat better. I started doing that with an iPhone app a couple weeks ago and it really helped me to see what all I was putting in my body and what needed to go. – Katy

    I love using the yogurt probiotics myself because before I knew gluten was causing all of my issues, I was constantly sick and on antibiotics. I used the probiotics to counteract the antibiotics and still use them now, just for a healthy balance in my diet. I also find writing everything down helps too.. you look amazing! Great article.

    Great Post! I suffer from ulcerative colits and have been thinking of adding probiotics to my daily intake. I will look for these the next time I am at the grocery store.
